Mckay: 15 month old

• 15 month  Dr. Appointment: Weight:  22.12  lbs 25%  Height: 33 in. 93%   Head: 18.8 in. 67%
• McKay is teething again. feels like forever since he has gotten any teeth. But from what I can tell his top right molar has barely poked through, his top left molar is almost through, and his top front left two are so close to poking through. Poor baby! The other night wasn't very fun for anyone. He was coughing all night, super runny nose and fussy.
• There was one day that I thought I lost McKay!! McKay is terrified of the blender...His whole body will just start shaking when I even pull it out of the cupboard. So on this particular day that I pulled it out McKay got scared and started running away from it. I figured I would check on him after I was done blending. By the time I was done blending he wasn't crying so I figured I would keep working on dinner. After about five minutes had passed I decided I better go check on him because it was really quiet...too quiet! I looked in all the rooms, and even checked in the back rooms even though the gate was closed. I seriously could not find him. I was calling out his name and everything. By this time I was starting to get really worried, even Caden was getting scared that we couldn't find him. I even went out in the front yard thinking maybe I left the door open and he got out and shut the door. But he was not out there! Finally Caden said he thought he heard something in the shoe closet. I was so relieved to find him just sitting there waiting. haha That was his safe spot I guess! Crazy boy!
• McKay stopped taking formula and is now just doing milk in bottle. Not sure when to take bottle away because he loves his bottle way more than any of the other kids did! I am sure it is only going to get harder the longer I wait!

I have been helping Caden's old preschool teacher, Miss Amy with taking her product pictures of her Bath Matty. She wanted a picture of McKay on one of them for her website.

McKay is looking so cute holding his favorite thing from the kitchen...mini spatula. 

Our Grass was so tall in the field behind our house that I couldn't resist to do a little lulu photoshoot.

At Palisade lake with the Family. Slept in a tent. Went Kaiaking.  Kids had a lot of fun!

While grandma and grandpa Huntington were here we went to the park and then afterwards went to Nelsons for some ice cream. The kids loved it!

Finally got me some new glasses! haha Chris says I look like a library nerd now!

My Birthday Trip with Chris:

Our First night we stayed at a camp ground just outside of Lava Hot-springs. We went to Lava Hot  Springs and it felt so good. It was so weird camping without kids. We slept great! :)

They next morning we checked into our place at Star Valley and then started on our 8 mile round trip hike to Lost Lake! Everything was so pretty! Made me wish I had a cabin and some horses to ride through there. Well Lost Lake is still lost haha. We got to a point that there was 5 feet of drift snow over the trail and didn't really know where to go, plus with it getting late in the day we decided to head back. I still loved every minute of it....even with me being super sore the next day. 

This is where we stayed at in Star Valley! It was nice that it had a giant bath tub! We went out to eat at a local Mexican place, went and got ice cream and drove around a bit. We then came back to just relax and watch the Amazing Race.  We were pooped after that long hike!

On our way home we stopped to see the Butch Cassidy Museum and then went to this really cool cave. This all was a much needed get away for us both, especially since Chris has been dealing with some health issues. Not sure whats going on with him. Stress from a new job has not helped though.  

For Caden's actual birthday we took the kids (except McKay we left with Jen)  and Grandma and Grandpa to the movie theater to see Toy Story 4. Kids loved every minute of it! Caden was "Glued"

Down in Meadow to do interviews of my parents for the Reunion and to also pick up our new kitten!!
