Catherine and I went to our ward's woman's night up at a cabin in Park city. Chris and I went on a double date with Dan and Sharlee to the Deseret Star. We went to Aunt Linda's for our monthly FHE Sunday. I went ice skating with the young men and young woman for mutual. We celebrated Valentines Day. Our big family outing for the month was going to ice castles in midway!.
McKay: 11 months old
- I finally cut out his 11 am feeding. So now we just feed him a bottle at 9:30, 2, 5, and 8.
- I try to feed him at meal times first and then bottle.
- New word that he loves to say his hi....sounds like Finding Nemo. So cute. It sounds the same for when he says says bye too.
- Starting to wave good bye but he will usually do it after that person as already left. haha
- He loves to sing at church...kind of funny and embarrassing. But he will wave his hands in the air and make lots of noises. He is just a loud baby in general
Ward Woman's Night. Catherine and I had lots of fun. She love hanging out with me. We got to ride in a snow cat to get up to the cabin. It was old and pretty unique. We saw lot of moose while we were up there. At the cabin we ate dinner, played some games, and watched a performance. We didn't go to bed until probably around midnight. Catherine was super tired! Once we finally were in bed, some other leaders were talking in our room for forever! ugh. I finally had to ask them to stop. The next morning after breakfast was just mostly cleaning up and getting ready to head out. Catherine had fun but we were both so tired. We both took a really long nap once we got home.
It finally snowed a Lot!!! Kids loved it so of coarse we had to go play in it even if it was super dark and past bed time. Chris is so awesome to go do that with them!
Our Date night with Dan and Sharlee Hendricks and the Deseret Star! We had a fun night with them! Chris and I treated this as our Valentines date!
Ice skating Mutual night. I haven't done that in a long time! My legs were super sore afterwards.
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!
Chris bought both Catherine and I some flowers! He is so thoughtful! We had everything pink that day for each meal! Kids loved it!
Chris took Caden to the Bingham vs. Pleasant Grove high school basketball game. I think Caden was a little overwhelmed by all the people because he said that he doesn't wan't to play basketball in high school anymore. haha But he did have fun hanging out with dad.
Our Family activity to the Ice Castles in Midway. It was pretty cold but the kids loved it. Catherine loved seeing Elsa there, especially since we had been watching Frozen for the past few days prier tot this outing. Caden's favorite part were all the ice slides!
Caden's School Project: for school he was to make any cardboard box vehicle. Caden chose to make one just like dad's truck! Chris took Caden to the shop to cut out and make it. Caden and I made all the detailed accessories. It looked pretty legit. Caden had so much fun putting all of this together. 
McKay's first time riding in this car. It was finally warm enough outside to play. McKay loves being outside.
