The Huntington Family: January 2014

Caden: 7months old

Just got his 4th tooth. So now he has two on top and two on bottom. What a relief to have that 4th tooth come in. He has been super fussy and needy with that one.
He is rolling really well now. I bet he will start crawling soon. He can scoot backwards when he is on his tummy and sometimes gets himself in a crawling position.
He seems to like sleeping on his tummy.
He talks so much! It is funny to listen to him.
He likes to be with mommy and have mommy play with him. He won't last very long playing by himself before he start throwing a horrible tantrum with growls. haha But he is fun and it is nice to feel needed.
The first time he stood up by himself was on Jan. 13th. I actually caught it on video too!! It was so cute. He started laughing and was just so happy that he figured it out. Luckily he doesn't stand up in his crib yet! :I just love when he will give me the biggest smile with those big brown eyes staring back at me! :)

2014 Family Pictures....It was freezing outside! Sorry Caden!

We have been having lots of snow and really cold weather. But we have been taking advantage of it. Chris took me to a little tubing hill to teach me how to snowboard. I love it. It was funny because it was dark and we had the moon for light. Chris would push me up part way up the hill for me to got down. Not sure how much fun it was for Chris, but I sure enjoyed it. We also have gone cross country skiing. This is fun but also pretty tiring, plus I ate it!! haha. we went down a little hill and my skis got stuck in a grove so when it was time to turn I couldn't...so I fell! But we had lots of fun! The Claytons were so nice to watch Caden for us. Caden does really well going to bed in the car seat and then we just pick him up and take him home and transfer him to his crib. He will stay asleep. Not sure how long we can keep that up though...the car seat is getting a bit too heavy.
