For this month I found out that my parents got their mission call to Australia and will be leaving in March for 2 years. It will be weird having them gone, they would most likely miss out on our second child being born. But I am so happy and excited for them. Speaking of second child...I really feel like it is time! I have a strong feeling that we will be having a girl next!

October 5-6th. General Conference. We missed Sunday afternoons talks because we invited Ned (our neighbor from upstairs) and his two girls to join us for dinner. It all went really well and we were able to talk to Ned about the gospel a little too. We also invited him and his two girls to come to our trunk-or-treat! Overall it was a spiritually uplifting night!
October 13th was our Stake Conference. Elder Ballard spoke and it was so inspiring! He asked everyone to pray for a temple to be build in Kirtland. Chris also was asked to give the closing prayer. He was so nervous because he would be right in front of Elder Ballard! haha
October 18th. 4 months old!!! It is crazy how much he changes each day. He still smiles alot and has been laughing a lot. He loves his daddy and will laugh a lot more with him. Must be because his daddy is so silly! :) We have started Caden on solids now and he has been doing really well with that. He is still a growing boy! At his 4 month appointment he weighed 20.10 lb. and length of 27 inch!!! Everything, even his head is all still in the 100%! I wish he would slow down he is growing up too fast. He is almost to the point of rolling over, so close, should be any day now! He can also sit up on his own for a couple of seconds before he tips over. He started giggling which is the cutest thing ever! He is so fun, I just love him So much!
I love this picture this was so funny! He started pooping in the tub and I didn't know what to do so I stuck him on the toilet to let him finish! So I can say that he has gone poop in the toilet at only 4 months old!! haha
October 20th. First time eating solids! He is doing really well with it now but at first he would be too impatient and hungry that we could only do a couple spoons before just giving him the bottle. Now he will eat a whole bowl full and then some more formula after! Funny story: I thought I would try adding applesauce in with the cereal to see if he would like it. He loved it! he downed the whole thing and then after was so hyper. He was smiling, laughing and just crazy. I think that the tiny little bit of apple sauce gave him a sugar high! haha Even when we put him in his bed for the night we gave us a big grin!! loved it!
This is sad face that melts my heart. Sometimes he sticks that bottom lip out even further. Oh it makes me sad to see him sad.
Happy Halloween!!!!!! We got pumpkins and carved them! Mine is the one on the left! haha Caden made the cutest little bumble bee! I was so excited to dress him up!m

Fall is absolutely beautiful here! But man it is very cold. It may not look cold out there but that wind gets you to the bone. I think the humidity makes it colder. I am not really looking forward for the long winter here. But I can't wait to come out to Utah in December. We miss family and friends out there so much, Especially our family!! I am so glad that we have become really good friends with the Claytons. It has been nice having someone going through the same things as us. We went to the temple this month with them which was nice because we haven't been in awhile and it is a 3 hour drive. We took turns watching each others kid so it ended up being a long temple trip but well worth it!
