Catherine's Birthday #2

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CATHERINE!!! I can't believe you are two! You are such a joy to have in my life! I have always wanted to have a girl so that we could be best friends! And we are! I love you! You are so full of energy, spunk, and lots of personality. You keep me on my toes! I think we are a lot a like. My mom says that you are a mini me! haha I can't imagine life with out you! I am so excited for what life has in store for you! I have truly been blessed to have you in my life! You lighten every room that you are in and people are drawn to you! Caden loves you so much and I have definitely seen how beneficial you have been to him. You make him brave and he depends a lot on you being by his side! It is so fun seeing you both as best friends and I hope it stays for life!! Dad loves you so much. You have him wrapped around your little finger! haha You are just SOO loved!!!

Here are some fun things about Catherine at two years old:

• 2 year Dr. Appointment: Weight: 25 pounds 27%    Height: 33.2 inches 42%
• Loves kisses! All kinds: fishy, butterfly, eskimo haha. But she especially demands kisses when she gets hurt and it has to be in the spot she is hurt. Even if she really isn't hurt that bad she still demands it! haha - One time she fell on her bum and wanted both Dad and I to kiss her on her bum haha that was weird for us! We finally gave in and she stopped crying instantly! haha
• She is So independent. She wants to do everything on her own with no help! 
• Teething!! Such a nightmare. Her teeth take forever to come in and she is kind of bipolar at time. Super happy one minute and it can change on a flip of a dime to crazy cranky! 
• She loves getting her nails done with mommy and hair done most of the time. She like bows and necklaces. Such a girlie girl! I love it!
• Loves shoes and dressing up. She especially likes to put on mommy's shoes and walk around with them on!
• She also like to have me put make up on her whenever I am doing my make-up.
• She loves being outside but does not like bugs and wind 
• She is super cute when its cold, she snuggles! It is hard to get long snuggles from her because she can't sit still for even one minute! She is such a busy body...just like her mom! :)
• She has learned how to get out of her crib. Way sooner than when Caden did. 
• She loves the color yellow
• She talks way good. super clear. I think that it really helps to have an older sibling who tries to tell her new things to say or tries to teach her. She loves to say things that Caden does. 
• Caden and Catherine are best friends! She loves playing with Caden. And really misses him when he is at school. 
• She is very much a momma's girl! Which I love! I love feeling loved and wanted All the time. She still loves to be held by me a lot! 
• Loves her Big monkey, little monkey ("Gonkey"), Pink Blankie  ("Gankie"),  and her baby
• Favorite book "wheels on the bus"
• Loves babies! She doesn't even get jealous when I hold other babies surprisingly. 
• She is sooo fearless! Caden will always make her do things that he is afraid to. 
• She loves singing the ABC song. She also like counting to ten! She is pretty good too. Like I said, it helps that Caden is learning his ABCs and she loves playing hide n seek where we count to ten all the time.
