- Weight: 20 lbs. 7 oz. 57% Length: 29.5 in. 54% Head circ.: 17.8 in. 57% I Can't believe that Caden weighed ten pounds more when he was one!! haha
- Her schedule with eating and sleeping has not changed. Maybe giving her a bit less formula and giving her some milk during meals. But I think next month or as soon as the formula is all gone we will go completely off formula and Bottle. That will be a sad time because I love the snuggle time I get when I feed her a bottle. Anyway, she is still taking two naps unless we have places to go in the morning then it is just one nap! She does better with two naps but adjusts well.
- This girl is full on walking....sometimes running! haha I think her mind is faster than what her legs are sometimes! She is doing really well with walking and prefers to walk over crawl now! yay no more nasty knees!
- She still only has four teeth! She had one poke through and then it went back down! MAN! we have to suffer through that all over again!
- She loves to go outside and explore around! She actually reminds me alot of myself in the way that she just has to be doing something all the time, constantly on the go! haha
- She is a gibber gabber!! Chris sometimes will call her Chatty Kathy...I hesitate in saying that because I don't want people to call her Kathy, I want Catherine!! Anyway, it is really funny when she starts rambling off. She will be really crazy sometimes with her gibber gabber and she will even start shaking her head. Caden sometimes likes to copy her! It gets a bit out of control! haha The best though is when she starts talking in the car as if she is just talking to someone...a imaginary friend perhaps haha. She doesn't really say much words though. She still says dad, and has been attempting done, but that is about it! I can't wait to hear her actually talk. She sounds like a little minion!
- She loves snuggling with her blanket and has to have it for naps and bed time. She isn't like caden where he has to take it everywhere with him but maybe that is because I don't want her to and make sure it stays in the bed!
- She loves to dance and play with Caden. Makes it hard when Caden doesn't want her to play with him! ha
- For the past month I have been taking Catherine into nursery for the first hour! Partly to get her used to it, also because she is impossible to have in class with me sometimes, and also because Caden wants us there with him!
- Here are some things I am wanting to work more on with her: reading at least one book to her before naps and bed time. I want to start giving her food to her on a plate and giving fork or spoon. And I want to start working with her on sitting still on my lap for the passing of the sacrament. The last one is hard! I did it with Caden and it payed off but it takes a lot out of me and requires me to miss out on the sacrament if she starts to scream! ugh I am dreading it because I know she is going to be a lot harder than Caden!
